This week, we'll be posting a daily summary of the events of the Passion Week. Today, we began with Palm Sunday - also known as"the Triumphal Entry".
"Of all that will happen this week, this is the only day that seemed to go right. From the donkey to the disciples, Jesus was obeyed as He should have been. People responded to Jesus in praise so that the rocks didn't have to. This day seemed to be setting up a wonderful week, and yet Jesus knew better. He knew, and yet He came anyway."

SUMMARY
At the Mount of Olives, Jesus sends two disciples for a donkey and a colt. After his “triumphal entry,” Jesus weeps over Jerusalem. Greeks seek Jesus and He enters the temple.
FOR REFLECTION
Read Phil 2:5-11 … Everything that will happen this week happens because Jesus didn’t hold on to the rights and privileges that came with being equal with God. He didn’t grasp that right but held it openly, emptying Himself and emptying His rights for you.
Jesus, we worship you … no one ever was worthy of more honor than You, but no one ever chose more suffering than the path you walked for us. Help us to remember You and to imitate your example of humility.
